Accessibility Statement for SBPM Care

Prepared on: 10 August 2026 | Last reviewed: not yet formally audited

Our commitment

SBPM wants as many people as possible to be able to understand, navigate and use the SBPM Care website and subscription process, including people who use assistive technology. We are working towards Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the complete journey, including the landing page, join form, payment step and customer information pages.

What we aim to support

  • keyboard navigation without requiring a mouse;
  • clear focus indicators and a logical focus order;
  • meaningful headings, labels, link names and alternative text;
  • screen-reader use with current major browsers;
  • text zoom and responsive reflow without loss of content or function;
  • sufficient colour contrast and information that is not communicated by colour alone; and
  • clear instructions and accessible error identification in forms and payment steps.

Current status

A formal end-to-end accessibility audit has not yet been completed, so we do not currently claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. We are reviewing the service and will update this statement with tested conformance status, known limitations and planned fixes after the production journey has been audited.

Need help or another format?

If you cannot access information or complete an action, contact support@sbpmcare.com — we review messages during Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm UK time, excluding UK bank holidays. Tell us the page or action, the problem, the device or assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so, and the format or adjustment that would help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

We will consider reasonable adjustments, such as explaining information by telephone or providing a suitable alternative format. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two working days.

Report an accessibility problem

Email support@sbpmcare.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line or write to Centenary House, Peninsula Park, Rydon Lane, Exeter, Devon, EX2 7XE, United Kingdom. We welcome feedback and will investigate reported barriers. If your concern is not resolved, you may use our Complaint Procedure.

Technical standard and legal context

Our technical target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. As a UK service provider, we also consider our duty to make reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010 in England, Scotland and Wales and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 in Northern Ireland.

Testing approach

The production service should be tested using a combination of automated checks and manual keyboard, zoom/reflow and screen-reader testing. Any third-party payment journey must be included because accessibility conformance applies to the complete process, not only the landing page.
