Cancelling SBPM Care
Effective date: 10 August 2026
Your 14-day cooling-off right
If you subscribe online, you may cancel without giving a reason during the 14 days beginning the day after your contract is made.
If you expressly asked SBPM Care to start during those 14 days and then cancel, we may charge only an amount proportionate to the service supplied before your cancellation, and only where the law allows. Any remaining refund will be made within 14 days of your cancellation using the original payment method, unless you agree otherwise.
If the legally required cancellation information was not provided, the cancellation period may be extended. Your other statutory rights remain unaffected.
Cancelling a current or renewed term
- You can send a cancellation notice at any time; you do not need to wait until your renewal date to contact us.
- Your notice takes effect at the end of your current twelve-month term, so the next renewal does not happen.
- We will confirm receipt, the effective end date, any final payment and the status of your included visit in writing.
- There is no separate cancellation fee. Payments already due for your current term remain payable unless you have a legal right to end earlier.
Your annual visit when renewal is stopped
If your included annual visit for the current term is due in a confirmed window that extends slightly beyond the end of that term, cancelling the next renewal does not remove that already-earned visit. We will still offer it within the confirmed window unless you tell us you no longer want it.
How to cancel
This pilot does not yet have a self-serve online cancellation form — a cancellation notice is handled by our customer care team.
- Email support@sbpmcare.com or write to Centenary House, Peninsula Park, Rydon Lane, Exeter, Devon, EX2 7XE, United Kingdom.
- Tell us your full name, service address, account email and that you want to cancel SBPM Care. You do not have to give a reason.
- Keep the confirmation we send. If you do not receive confirmation within two working days, contact us again so we can check the request.
A clear cancellation statement is enough. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory.

Faulty or undelivered service
The minimum term does not remove your rights if SBPM materially breaches the contract or fails to perform with reasonable care and skill. You may be entitled to repeat performance, a price reduction or another remedy. Contact Customer Care or use the Complaint Procedure.
